City of New Castle FOIA
The City of New Castle runs its own FOIA process for police reports and arrest data. The form needs the name of the public body, your full name, contact info, date of request, and a full list of the records you want. Under 29 Del. C. ยง 10003, the city has 15 business days to give a reply. The reply can be the records, a denial, or a note that more time is needed.

New Castle City Police Records
The New Castle City Police Department handles arrests within city limits. Victims can get a victim's copy of a crime report in person with photo ID, Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
